I am an experienced construction professional having delivered “hands on” team leader, supervisory and project/ programme management roles before specialising in temporary works (TW) management, training, and coordination for the last 13 years.
I am experienced in writing TW procedures and developing and delivering TW coordination and awareness training to staff at all levels.
Since August 2017 I have been providing TWD services to SEP professional services who plan, manage and deliver complex projects in the built environment in the food, pharma and advanced manufacturing sectors.
This includes establishing temporary works site folder for projects, performing suitability assessment and appointment of TWCs, delivery of temporary works awareness training for the site teams, temporary works design for working platforms and review and comment on suitability of proposed solutions.
